These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Avarra website at avarra.net and any services provided by Avarra ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Avarra is a professional staffing company that connects US-based businesses with pre-vetted Filipino professionals. Our services include candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and placement support. We do not act as an employer of record — placements result in a direct employment or contractor relationship between you (the client) and the candidate.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use our services.
3. Service Agreement
Upon engaging Avarra's placement services, a separate service agreement will be provided outlining placement fees, guarantee terms, payment terms, and cancellation conditions. These Terms of Service apply to your general use of the Avarra website and do not replace any signed service agreement.
4. Placement Guarantee
Single hires and volume placements include a 60-day replacement guarantee from the candidate's start date. Enterprise team builds include a 90-day guarantee. Guarantee terms are detailed in your individual service agreement. Avarra reserves the right to assess circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Avarra and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Avarra provides candidate profiles and screening services in good faith. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from a placement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avarra's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific placement in question.
7. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
