Cookies
Our site uses minimal cookies. We set a single first-party cookie to store your cookie consent choice. Cloudflare, our hosting and performance provider, may set cookies for security and performance purposes. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the site.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party tools to operate our business:
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and basic analytics. Data processed under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics — Aggregate website traffic analysis. We use anonymized IP addresses and do not share personal data with Google for advertising.
- Cal.com — Calendar scheduling for discovery calls. If you book a call, your name and email are processed by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or request that we restrict how we use your data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at business@avarra.net and we will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
Client and applicant form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the date of submission or last contact, whichever is later. After that period, records are securely deleted unless we are required by law to retain them longer. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. Our site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
